Beurstijden bezoekers

Woensdag 15 april 2026 van 10.00 tot 20:00 uur. Officiële opening van het Event is om 10:00 uur.
Donderdag 16 april 2026 van 10.00 tot 17.00 uur.

Op 15 april zal vanaf 17.30 uur de sfeerverlichting in hal 7 gedimd worden om een aangename sfeer te creëren. Let op: dit betekent niet dat de beurs sluit. Tegelijkertijd begint in hal 6 de netwerkborrel met een walking dinner, dat duurt tot 19.30 uur. Wij nodigen zowel exposanten als bezoekers uit om deel te nemen aan dit netwerkevenement. Voor de muziekliefhebbers onder ons: de DJ zal van 18.00 uur tot 19.30 uur spelen om de avond een extra dimensie te geven.

Wij benadrukken dat bezoekers op beide dagen tot sluitingstijd welkom zijn om de beurs te betreden en te verkennen.

Flyeren en andere promotionele uitingen

Graag maken wij u er op attent dat het alleen in of direct voor de stand is toegestaan te flyeren of andere promotionele activiteiten uit te voeren. Het is uitdrukkelijk niet toegestaan dit te doen in de gangpaden, op cateringpleinen, bij de entree van de beursvloer en bij de entree van de hoofdingang. Daarnaast dienen alle tentoongestelde goederen binnen de standruimte opgesteld te staan. Muziek of ander geluid mag alleen worden gebruikt in en rondom uw stand en geen (geluids)overlast veroorzaken.

Rookbeleid

Het faciliteren van rookruimtes is niet meer toegestaan in verband met nieuwe wetgeving per 1 januari 2022. Rookruimtes zijn in het bedrijfsleven niet meer toegestaan. Dit betekent dat er ook niet meer gerookt mag worden op plekken buiten het gebouw waar dit overlast kan geven voor bezoekers, zoals bij de ingang. Roken kan tijdens het FireSafety & Security Event dus eventueel alleen op het buitenterrein op een plek waar anderen niet gehinderd worden door het roken. Wij verzoeken u als exposant dit ook te communiceren met uw medewerkers.

Belangrijke informatie aarding en vereffenen binnen Libéma locaties

Wij informeren u graag over een belangrijke wijziging in onze werkwijze rondom elektrische installaties en het aarden van installaties op onze locaties. Conform de geldende wet- en regelgeving (NEN1010 en NEN3140) is het al enige tijd verplicht om tijdelijke metalen en aluminium installaties die door enig effect onder spanning kunnen komen te staan, veilig te aarden en te vereffenen. De afgelopen periode hebben wij binnen alle locaties voorbereidingen getroffen om dit structureel te gaan implementeren.

Wat houdt het aarden en vereffenen in?
Alle metalen en/of aluminium delen die binnen handbereik zijn en door enig effect onder spanning kunnen komen te staan, moeten zijn geaard of vereffend. Denk hierbij aan podia, standbouw met verlichting, tribunes en tussen met verlichting. Uitzonderingen hierop zijn hangende installaties zoals tussen (<2,5 m vanaf vloer en 1,5 m vanaf bordes/trap) of apparatuur en machines die vanuit zichzelf geaard zijn. Aarding vindt altijd plaats door middel van een separate aardkabel die is aangesloten op een aardpunt. Het is mogelijk om een beperkt aantal stands of installaties met elkaar te vereffenen, mits deze naast elkaar staan en/of uit één deel bestaan.

Introductiejaar 2026
Vanaf 2026 wordt het aarden en vereffenen verplicht binnen onze locaties. We begrijpen dat dit voor uw organisatie nieuwe aandachtspunten met zich meebrengt. Daarom geldt 2026 als introductiejaar. Samen met onze leverancier PW Elektra bieden wij ondersteuning en praktische handvatten.

In de webshop is reeds een duidelijke toelichting beschikbaar voor exposanten. Het aanleggen van aardpunten wordt voor hen uitgevoerd op basis van een offerte, waardoor zij vooraf inzicht krijgen in de bijbehorende kosten.

Voor uw organisatie geldt in het eerste jaar (2026) een introductieregeling. In het eerste en tweede kwartaal van 2026 worden de extra kosten door de locatie gedragen. Vanaf het derde kwartaal van 2026 hanteren wij een schappelijk introductietarief om het aarden en/of vereffenen te verzorgen. Na afloop van het evenement ontvangt u een overzicht van het aantal aangelegde aardpunten en een inschatting van de kosten voor komende edities.

Inventarisatie en aanvraag

Om het aarden en vereffenen correct toe te passen, is het belangrijk dat wij vooraf weten waar metalen gestellen of installaties komen te staan die onder spanning kunnen komen te staan. Dit kan door uw organisatie worden aangeleverd, of bij beurzen door de exposant en/of stand bouwer. Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk deze informatie tijdig door te geven aan uw relevante exposanten en leveranciers, zodat zij bekend zijn met deze nieuwe verplichting. Het is mogelijk dat uw exposanten of leveranciers reeds op de hoogte zijn van deze maatregel, aangezien deze ook bij andere evenementenlocaties wordt gehanteerd.

Visitor opening hours

Wednesday, 15 April 2026 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The official opening of the Event is at 10:00 AM.
Thursday, 16 April 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

On 15 April, from 5:30 PM onwards, the ambient lighting in Hall 7 will be dimmed to create a pleasant atmosphere. Please note: this does not mean the exhibition will close. At the same time, a networking reception with a walking dinner will start in Hall 6 and will continue until 7:30 PM. Both exhibitors and visitors are invited to take part in this networking event. For music lovers: a DJ will be playing from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM to add an extra dimension to the evening.

We emphasize that visitors are welcome to enter and explore the exhibition until closing time on both days.

For the construction and furnishing of stands, as well as the delivery of goods, the Brabanthallen will be available during the times listed below.
Times are subject to change. Any changes or additions to the set-up and dismantling schedule will always be communicated via the exhibitor newsletter, “ExpoAlert.”

Leafleting and other promotional activities

Please note that distributing flyers or carrying out other promotional activities is only permitted inside or directly in front of your stand. It is strictly prohibited to do so in the aisles, catering areas, at the entrance to the exhibition floor, or at the main entrance. In addition, all exhibited goods must be placed within the allocated stand space. Music or other sound may only be used in and around your stand and must not cause (noise) disturbance.

Smoking policy

Due to legislation effective from 1 January 2022, the facilitation of smoking rooms is no longer permitted. Smoking rooms are no longer allowed in business environments. This also means that smoking is not permitted in outdoor areas near the building where it may cause inconvenience to visitors, such as near entrances. During the FireSafety & Security Event, smoking is therefore only permitted outdoors in areas where others are not disturbed. We kindly ask exhibitors to communicate this policy to their staff.

Important information on grounding and equipotential bonding at Libéma venues

We would like to inform you about an important change in our procedures regarding electrical installations and the grounding of installations at our venues. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations (NEN 1010 and NEN 3140), it has been mandatory for some time to safely ground and provide equipotential bonding for temporary metal and aluminum installations that may become energized due to any effect. Over the past period, preparations have been made at all our venues to structurally implement this measure.

What does grounding and equipotential bonding involve?

All metal and/or aluminum parts that are within reach and may become energized due to any effect must be grounded or equipotentially bonded. Examples include stages, stand construction with lighting, grandstands, and partitions with lighting. Exceptions include suspended installations such as trusses (installed higher than 2.5 m from the floor and 1.5 m from platforms/stairs) or equipment and machines that are inherently grounded. Grounding is always carried out using a separate grounding cable connected to a grounding point. It is possible to equipotentially bond a limited number of stands or installations together, provided they are adjacent and/or consist of one single structure.

Introduction year 2026

From 2026 onwards, grounding and equipotential bonding will be mandatory at our venues. We understand that this introduces new points of attention for your organization. Therefore, 2026 will serve as an introduction year. Together with our supplier PW Elektra, we will provide support and practical guidance.

A clear explanation for exhibitors is already available in the webshop. The installation of grounding points will be carried out on the basis of a quotation, giving exhibitors insight into the associated costs in advance.

For your organization, an introductory arrangement applies in the first year (2026). In the first and second quarters of 2026, the additional costs will be borne by the venue. From the third quarter of 2026 onwards, we will apply a reasonable introductory rate for providing grounding and/or equipotential bonding. After the event, you will receive an overview of the number of grounding points installed and an estimate of the costs for future editions.

Inventory and request

To apply grounding and equipotential bonding correctly, it is important that we know in advance where metal frameworks or installations that may become energized will be located. This information can be provided by your organization, or in the case of trade fairs by the exhibitor and/or stand builder. We kindly ask you to pass this information on in a timely manner to your relevant exhibitors and suppliers so that they are aware of this new requirement. It is possible that your exhibitors or suppliers are already familiar with this measure, as it is also applied at other event venues.
