Wednesday April 10 2024, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The official opening of the event is at 10:00 AM.
Thursday April 11 2024, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Construction and dismantling
The Brabanthallen are available at the times stated below for the construction and furnishing of the stands, as well as for bringing in goods.
Times are subject to change. Changes or additions to setup and teardown times will always be communicated through the exhibitor newsletter: ‘ExpoAlert.’
All-in Stand Construction:
Construction on Tuesday April 9 2024 from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Dismantling on Thursday April 11 2024 not earlier than 5:30 PM (after the exhibition) until 10:00 PM

Flyering and Other Promotional Activities
Please note that flyering or other promotional activities are only allowed in or directly in front of your stand. It is expressly prohibited in the aisles, at catering areas, at the entrance of the exhibition floor, and at the entrance of the main entrance. Additionally, all exhibited goods must be within the stand space. Music or other sound may only be used in and around your stand and should not cause any disturbance.

Smoking Policy
Facilitating smoking areas is no longer allowed due to new legislation as of January 1, 2022. Smoking areas are no longer permitted in the business sector. This means that smoking is also not allowed in places outside the building where it may cause inconvenience to visitors, such as at the entrance. Smoking during the FireSafety & Security Event is only allowed on the outdoor premises in a location where others are not bothered by smoking. We request exhibitors to communicate this with their employees.
