Stand construction

Exhibitors can choose for all-in concept of 15m2 (3.400 Euro) or 30m2 (5.960 Euro). From 30m2 (115 Euro p/m2) own stand construction is possible.

Stand dimensions:

  • 15 m2: 5×3
  • 30 m2: 10×3
  • 60 m2: 10×6
  • 120 m2: 20×6

All-in stand construction 15m2
By using one of the two all-in packages (15m2 and 30m2) you are completely relieved and can fully concentrate on participating in the fair and the visitors.

Cost of the all-in package of 15 m2 is € 3.400, -. Registration fee € 950, -.
Both the 15m2 and 30m2 all-in stands have the following advantages:

  • free parking, free entrance, free catering
  • wifi (4x login)
  • 1 Kwh power supply / electricity in the booth
  • disposal of waste on Wednesday, provided when it is packed in a plastic bag and placed on the path.

In addition, the 15m2 stand offers the following:

All-in concept of 15 m2

  • Stand constructed with Deco Sytems Grey version
  • Walls stretched with fire retardant white fabric 200 gr/m2
  • LED pendant spotlights, 4x
  • Raised floor with carpet tiles 1×1 meter in the color dark blue
  • Nameplate; Dibond 20×150, incl. mounting material
  • The back wall will also be provided with a full-color print (file to be delivered (complete)) (1x 5m)
  • Construction and deconstruction
  • Cleaning of stands after construction
  • Furniture package consisting of: 1x white lockable counter ORLY, incl. full color sticker, 1x T7048 standing table and 2x bar stool Z-model chrome/white leatherette
  • Use of manual and floor plan (Expodoc) = access to possible extra orders from the webshop

Discount for members of the association Federatie Veilig Nederland
Members of the association Federatie Veilig Nederland receive a discount of € 750 on the total price.
For registrations from February 1, 2022, a surcharge of € 400 on the total price applies.

Free stand construction
As an exhibitor you can choose to build your own stand. With free stand construction, the exhibitor takes care of the stand construction and furnishing themselves. Please note that there are additional conditions attached with free stand construction. For example, a plan of the stand must be submitted for approval in advance. Cost
Free stand construction is possible from 30m2 for € 115 per m2. The maximum size of your own stand is 120m2. We would be happy to advise you about the possibilities.

Stand construction regulations

If you use your own stand we advise you to go through the stand construction regulations with your stand builder. This will prevent surprises during the construction. In addition, you must submit your final stand design to the exhibition organization for approval before 1 March 2022. If you are using an all-in concept, you do not need to submit a stand design.
